Rhododendrons make up an incredibly diverse group of plants, originating from many parts of the Northern hemisphere with a large concentration in China and the Himalayas. These plants vary from tiny ground covering plants to species growing as understory plants in forests. Most flower in early spring, although some bear flowers for a brief period in autumn.

Rhododendron 'Kabarett' is a pretty variety bearing trusses of filled pink flowers that last from Peut to Juine. Prominent carmine blotches mark the upper petals. For best results, grow Rhododendron 'Kabarett' in dappled to partial shade in moist but well-drained, acidic soil. Usines need minimal pruning and can be propagated by layering.
